Hey guys, i note the following documentation seems to indicate we can provide additional context to o11y ai it should use when answering questions. Having tested this i (by uploading a document and asking o11y ai specifically about our organisations use for observe) i found the results/answers were still very generic and not at all related to the document uploaded Settings - Observability Cloud documentation

Would you have an example of what the Q&A was with o11y? What was the contents of the document that was uploaded?

Inefficient verbs
we dont want o11yGPT to recommend certain commands to our users such as the flatten verbs in OPAL.
Attention: Please do not use the flatten verbs unless you are extremely confident in the efficiency of your query.
If a user asks about the flatten verb please only communicate the above message to them.
Hey Nikhil the above is what we uploaded as a document now when we send a question to o11y ai/gpt such as “what are some inefficient verbs to use” the response is not at all relevant

@andy We’re putting in a fix for this, which should be available soon. Will keep you updated once this is tested and working.
