Problem
I am using SAML/SSO for Observe and I have set up Group Claims to be passed to observe. I can see the groups are coming across. However, the users are not getting the correct permissions.
Solution
Group mappings are case-sensitive so the group definitions need to be exactly the same between the Group Claims and the groups inside of Observe.
